FAQ

Is this a handicap accessible event?

  • This is an outdoor event with uneven terrain. With that said, we do have handicap parking and we offer assistance to those in need. When you purchase your ticket there will be an opportunity to let us know if you will need assistance.

Am I allowed to reenter?

  • Patrons will be allowed to reenter the festival grounds. Upon entering the festival grounds all attendees will receive a special wristband they must wear during the event.

Is this a family friendly event?

  •  YES! Our festival is organized with the family in mind! Kids 12 and under are FREE. There will be a game and inflatable area for the kids.

​

Why isn’t alcohol allowed outside of the beer garden?

  • In order to produce an event this size, it takes many collaborations and partnerships. It is at the request of the landowner where the stage and festival floor is, that no alcohol be allowed. And we quite agree. This is a family friendly event. However, we will have an awesome beer garden where you can drink and still enjoy the festival.

Is parking available?

  • The Northwest Missouri Moon Festival is located in a very unique place. Parking is available at different locations with shuttle service to the festival. Handicap parking is available for those with a placard at the venue only.

Is this an outdoor event?

  • Yes! This is an outdoor festival. Please plan accordingly for the day's weather. Be sure to bring your own lawn-chairs and blankets. We also have lawn-chairs available for rent HERE. Small umbrellas will be allowed but not beach or deck umbrellas.  The event will happen rain or shine.

What can I bring to the event?

The following items are allowed at the festival

  • Sunscreen (non-aerosol)

  • Blankets

  • Non professional cameras

  • Dancing shoes

  • Clear water bottles

  • Baby strollers or small wagons if attending with children

  • Bag Chairs or folding lawn chairs

  • Smiles!

What can I NOT bring to the event?

The following is a partial list of items prohibited from entry into the Northwest Missouri Moon Festival concert grounds including, but not limited to:

 

  • Weapons of any kind, explosives, pepper spray, tear gas, toy/replica, etc.

  • Fireworks, smoke bombs.

  • Aerosol cans or pressurized containers

  • Professional camera equipment, video cameras, tripods, monopods, battery packs, Camera lenses longer than 3”

  • Noisemakers, whistles, air horns, plastic horns, musical instruments

  • Coolers and thermoses

  • Glass or metal bottles/cans

  • Food and beverage

  • Sticks, selfie sticks, poles, rods, drum sticks

  • Laser pointers

  • Remote controlled devices/aircraft or drones

  • Hoverboards, rollerblades/skates

  • Confetti or streamers

  • Animals (except service animals)

  • Any other items deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous by Management

 

Guests who refuse to comply may be denied entry. Guests found in possession of any illegal items will be subject to ejection, confiscation of the item, and or arrest.

What's the refund policy?

  • The Northwest Missouri Moon Festival is located in a very unique place. Parking is available at different locations with shuttle service to the festival. Handicap parking is available for those with a placard at the venue only.

  • This event is rain or shine and there will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges of purchased tickets. 

 

  • Do not lose your ticket, as it will NOT be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed. When you enter the venue your ticket will permit you a wristband. You must wear the wristband at all times. Anybody not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave the venue.  

  • All artists listed on the website are currently confirmed for the event, and we reserve the right to cancel, change or reschedule any and all musical acts and venues. The holder of the ticket grants the promoter the right to use their image/likeness as captured on film, video or any other electronic medium being utilized at the event, and further understands that such images will likely be used to promote future events. Northwest Missouri Moon Festival personnel  reserves the right to refuse entrance, or remove any ticket holder from the venue, for any reason.

  • Tickets are  not transferable. Each ticket is a limited revocable license and may be revoked and admission refunded at the sole discretion of the sponsoring organization. Northwest Missouri Moon Festival reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose actions are deemed disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein. In addition, Northwest Missouri Moon Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

BY COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THE TICKET PURCHASE POLICY.

 

  • In the event of cancellation, refunds refund information will be available on this website. If any day of the festival takes place in part or in full, the festival shall not be deemed to be canceled. This ticket is not subject to any refund (unless the show is canceled, as outlined above) and shall bear no cash value. Tickets issued as complementary shall not be refundable.  All rights reserved.

 

 

  • The purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket understands and acknowledges that he/she is purchasing this ticket to the Northwest Missouri Moon Festival and not a particular artist’s performance. The  Northwest Missouri Moon Festival is an outdoor festival and weather conditions will affect the performances of all entertainers there is a possibility that a particular performer may or may not be able to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. Thus, the purchaser and/or bearer of this ticket understands, acknowledges, and will not expect a refund for the purchase of this ticket for any talent cancellations. 

 

  • The Northwest Missouri Moon Festival is an outdoor event, as such, the purchaser of this ticket understands and acknowledges there are inherent risks of injury or death due to causes of nature. By purchasing this ticket and choosing to attend the Northwest Missouri Moon Festival, the purchaser expressly acknowledges and assumes such risks to injury and agrees to hold The Northwest Missouri Moon Festival, Fields Paint Ball , The Hangar Entertainment center and Make it Maryville  harmless in the event of such injury or death.
